Decorating for our dinner!

Parents: We are setting up tables and decorating tonight at 6:00 at the fairgrounds.  See you there!

This week...

Group A: Bring extra tickets and dinner money to practice tonight. Parents- we will be decorating at 6:00 tomorrow at the Fairgrounds. Dinner Thursday- see website for details.  Group B: Friday practice is at 6:00.  No tournament this weekend.

Fundraiser and Practice

Please turn in your Valentine dinner ticket sheet to Mrs. Fish at LEMS on Monday.  If you can't bring in the sheet, please take a picture and/or text your information to me.  I need to know the food count so that we can get food ordered on Monday.  I will collect all money and unsold tickets at practice on Tuesday and Friday.

I will need help with table set up and decorations on Wednesday at the fairgrounds at 6:00 p.m.

NO PRACTICE on Thursday.  I will need parents to help cook and prep plates around 3:30.  The kids will be serving dinner at 5:00 and 6:30.  We will start clean up around 7:30.

Valentines Dinner Fundraiser

Proceeds help cover costs of the WAWA State USA tournament and summer wrestling camps!

All kids should wear black/dark pants and a dressy shirt (button up or polo).  Kids should be at the fairgrounds at least 15 minutes before the serving time-4:45 or 6:15.  Make sure they have eaten or have had a snack.  There will not be time to eat during the dinner.  The kids will be handling food and drinks.  If they are sick (coughing or sneezing), please keep them home.

We need parents at each of these times:

Wednesday Feb. 13th-
6:00 p.m. for set up and decorating @ Fairgrounds

Thursday Feb. 14th-
3:30-Cooks, Plate prep, Dishes, Tableware, Drinks, Dessert table
4:45-Door & Ticket Collecting and Wrestler Guides
7:00-Clean up

Please have all ticket money and food count sheets turned in by Monday.  We need a count to order food.

This week

Weigh ins for ALL ages for Douglas will be Thursday. 

If you are planning on wrestling Freestyle or Greco in Douglas on Saturday, there will be a practice at 6:00 tomorrow (Wednesday) for those styles ONLY.

The Ramkota in Casper has a great rate for HS State wrestling 2/22-23 A few of us will be staying there!  There is also a USA tournament  in Casper on Sunday 2/24.
